Why is the analysis paid?
Because it is work, not a sales meeting: 3–5 man-days of senior time. It is also your insurance — no honest project price exists until someone has seen your environment and your data. If you sign within 90 days, the full fee is credited.
Do we need our data in the cloud to have an agent?
Not necessarily — but we will show you where it limits reliability. Sometimes connecting one system and tidying one folder is enough, other times an on-premise model at your site makes sense. And other times the honest answer is “step zero first”.
Who will see our data?
Only the people working on the analysis. We sign an NDA before the first workshop, data stays in an EU cloud, and processing follows GDPR.
What if we decline the quote?
The output is yours. Take it to another supplier or use it as the supporting document for a grant application. No exclusivity, no lock-in.
How does the guarantee work?
We quantify the benefits in hours and in money. If the total does not reach three times the price of the analysis, we cancel the invoice.
